We are incredibly proud and excited to announce our debut title Patriam: The Saga of Roljar Part I!

Patriam: The Saga of Roljar is a 2.5D action sidescroller set deep in the heart of the mountainous rainforests of Watol during The Second Norkinian-Hiwotsukerse War.

As Roljar, a young Norkinian warrior stranded in enemy territory, you will track missing comrades, navigate political betrayal, master precise melee combat, defeat legendary mercenaries, survive a hostile landscape that shifts from lush green rainforest to glowing bioluminescent night, and uncover a hidden cult manipulating the war from the shadows.

Combat is grounded and precise, inspired by historical swordplay and martial arts, with a focus on timing, adjusting your fighting style to enemy types, and stamina management.

Explore war-torn fortresses, mysterious caverns, and ancient ruins across a strikingly beautiful world. A full day/night cycle transforms the rainforest around you, lush green foliage gives way to glowing blues, reds, and purples as bioluminescent life awakens under sweeping auroras overhead.

This is the first chapter of The Saga of Roljar, a multi-part epic set in The World of Patriam following the legendary story of Roljar of Sarin.

We are also excited to announce that we will be showcasing a demo of Patriam: The Saga of Roljar Part I at this year's New Zealand Game Developers Conference from September 25th-27th. You can find us there in the Kiwi Games Zone at either Booth 19 or 20!
